Jabajak Vineyard is a five-star Restaurant with Rooms offering first class accommodation, food and hospitality. Jabajak is set in its own grounds, with most rooms overlooking the Vineyard and the surrounding countryside. The bedrooms are all individually styled with carved furniture and quality linen. Even the three standard rooms have four-poster beds and en suite bathrooms. But, in addition, there are three luxury suites; one being the very private Grain Store suite, with its oak floors, leather settees, roll-top bath and dream shower. All staying guests have exclusive access to the bright, yet cosy, residents' lounge, which has a cast iron wood-burner within the inglenook, a Baby Grand piano and stylish hand made Mediterranean artefacts collected by the owners. The whole complex has been beautifully converted from the original farm buildings, retaining an historic ambiance through a mixture of stone and whitewashed walls. Carefully considered atmospheric lighting, crisp white linen on the tables and romantic candles create an intimate but relaxing atmosphere. The menu offers a mouthwatering choice of dishes based on good quality local ingredients.
