The Great British Cheese Festival is to cheese what Wimbledon is to tennis and now it has found a permanent home at CARDIFF CASTLE it can really blossom and expand. It is hard to image a more dramatic setting for the Festival with all its markets and activities. The modern skyline of Cardiff is breathtaking, the gardens, river taxis and Cardiff Bay a must while the Castle itself is a priceless national heritage.
Its owners CARDIFF COUNCIL will continue to work alongside its creator Juliet Harbutt to ensure it retains its unique character and charm and continues to be the focal point of the cheese calendar.
So to make room for all the cheese you know you WILL buy spring clean the cupboards, make room in the pantry, gather your foodie friends together and head on down to the Festival.
